Q: Can a lanyard be attached to the buttons?

Q: My receiver unit won't charge. I've tried charging with the unit turned on, and off. Has anyone else had this issue?

Dear customer, If just received for several days, please check the connect cable first, when charging, the red light on the charger is lit up and and blue indicator light on the screen will flash when press ENT. If not work, maybe there are something adhering on the charge part(on the APE6900), use something to clean it and try it again. And sometimes the battery may be use protection to protect the battery, you can use the cellphone's charger to charge it to end this protection.
