Faulty product with HORRIFIC customer service.
We received an obviously faulty product (battery wouldn't hold a charge, replacement battery held a charge for a few uses, but then it stopped holding a charge, too. Plus, the product came without decals (either affixed or in a separate package to attach on your own), and those decals really make this go from a cute, plastic toy to a sharp looking "kiddie car".The design of the charging portion of the car is poor at best. The charger portion of the car is underneath the car and requires reaching blindly under the car to plug it in, or crawling under the car to make sure the charger is connected correctly.Customer service with both the seller and the manufacturer were poor. Only when I found one service rep at the seller company was I able to get some resolution (like sending a replacement battery). But, the manufacturer was a nightmare to work with and ultimately led me to decide to return the product for a full refund. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with either the seller or the manufacturer ever again.

Totally exceeded my expectations! Great product and great customer service! Even tough the product was extremely late due to the delivery from the manufactor, the customer service keeping me posted thru email and phone and trying to do the best to get it to me on time was more than amazing!!! Nice toy with few minor issues
Beautiful toy car. Bought it for my kids for Christmas. My 2 year old couldn't really work it well until he's almost 3. His older sister loves it as well. Since it's a 2 seater they get to have fun together.The car took a while to assemble but it was not rocket science. Battery lasts a few days with about 30 min drive each time. I leave it to charge over night and it's good to go again the next day.The wheel material is plastic so it loses traction easily. Especially it peels out everytime on start up. It needs better tires.Another problem is the hood and front bumper separates easily. It was not designed very well. I have to click the tabs back in everytime the kids drives it.Overall it's a nice toy and we've been enjoying it for 2 years already without any major issues.
