This is a value set but performs well. I get clear sound and was very easy to set up and get going. All the needed connections were provided. Plug and play use.

I bought this for work and needed something comfortable for those days where I’m on the phone most of the day. The headset itself is pretty comfortable and the microphone isn’t right in my face but the sound quality of phone calls definitely leaves something to be desired. I can barely hear people, even with the volume up all the way and the sound quality is scratchy and muddled. I have to make sure I have nothing on in the background in order to hear people.Also, I had to call myself to check and make sure the headset was working and I noticed the microphone was pretty subpar. It’s not very clear and even when I turned the microphone volume up in my computer settings, it didn’t make much of a difference.I would recommend passing on this headphone set, especially if you have to be on the phone a lot.
