Product says 300 mg per capsule, description says 600. Which is it?

Each cap contains 300mg of Alpha-GPC based on picture of product label. (There is another version of label posed by purchasers that states standardized to 50%). Alpha-GPC is 40% choline by weight. Therefore, each cap contain 120mg of choline.

Is this product derived from soy? it says no soy, but i thought all alpha gpc was made from soy lecithin?
