Not a base valance, it's a combined sheet and valance
Really disappointed that this covers the mattress and the base 🫤 I've had valances before and they just cover the base. The photo appears to show it just on the base because there's a big indent under the mattress? I'd bought my daughter the soft cotton sheets for her bed but now she's got to have this and it's very rough. I had opened it and unfolded before realising it was wrong and didn't want to wait for another one so haven't sent it back.
