I just started using this product and so far it seems to be working will not exactly how effected it is until I take some blood work to really know of its effectiveness

Gout and not I'm improved yet. Using only 2 weeks

Had a light case of gout, took this for a week with lots of water no improvement, had to end up going to the doctor to get a script.

I have UTI test strips, pain pills, cranberry pills, and keep on hand cranberry juice. I thought I was dying sometime several years ago, when I had a nasty lingering UTI and no money for a doctor. After months of agony, my parents finally paid for a visit to the emergency room. I was cathed and given a nasty red pill prescription (although it's OTC as well). The infection was gone, but I was told to drink cranberry juice and get lots of fluids. When working I now knew the warning signs of a potential infection, so I would drink cranberry and take supplements and lots of liquids.This seems to be a pretty comprehensive supplement for UT system health. It's well sourced and I took without food but with water, and it did not cause an upset. Thats a good test. This is beneficial for those of us that tend to be prone to UTI's. I still get them occasionally, but not to the extent of that one from way back. My diet sometimes results in me getting dehydrated, that's a good way to invite a UTI, and it's hard to have to deal with the infection, so this helps keep the flow going. Recommended.

This formulation has many ingredients not commonly found in other anti-inflammatory supplements: devil's claw, amla, and green coffee bean. I decided to take this even though I don't have joint pain because Dr. Richard Johnson has a new book out concerning his research into how uric acid causes dysfunction for our mitochondria and eventually leads to insulin resistance and fat storage. Uric acid can also cause gout and high blood pressure, so anything that decreases it should be beneficial. In any case, lowering inflammation is a good thing. Interesting enough, Dr. Johnson's research showed that humans lack an enzyme to lower uric acid, unlike other mammals, like mice and rats.

My overall joint pain level has gone down from a constant 7 to a 5, which in my book, is a big success. I highly recommend these Uric Acid Complex capsules.

Waste of money didn't work had 3 attacks since taking this.
