Over a year, still works!
I've bought two of these now. One around a year ago. And one to replace the one I bought a year ago.The light was still going strong on the first one. I just had the issue of putting it back together wrong and ended up cracking the clear plastic piece.The breakage was my fault.After a year, the light still worked well. I did use some transparent glossy spray paint to keep the solar panels nice and smooth. The color on the lamp faded over the year, but I didn't notice until the new one came in to compare it to. If I didn't like the lamp, I'd bought a different one when I broke it. :D

Very simple…looks and works great
Used on gate post…very simple to put together, lights up nicely.

Very easy to install. However, one of the 12 in my package does not work at all. Another ordered. Received it and it was wrong color and cracked.

Inexpensive, and you get what you pay for.
Installed these in the middle of summer 2016. I removed the batteries for the winter. Re-installed all batteries this spring and one of the lights won't come on. On another one the on/off switch is bad. No big deal I'll just splice the wires together.After sitting in the sun for 9 months and 3 seasons all are completely faded and lost their copper color. Every bit of plastic that is exposed to the sun is now metallic silver. I purposely purchased these because the copper color was the closest match to the stain color on my deck posts so that is kind of disappointing.If you don't mind them looking metallic or silver these will be fine for you. I doubt any of them will last for the 10,000 hours claimed in the description.

Garbage
These are plastic painted to barely resemble copper. Came out if he box scratches. Poorly made garbage. Not a bit of metal in them mid they were $4 each I might use them for a week before they break but at this price I now have to waste my time to send this garbage back. Horrible.

Not copper colored
This item is not copper colored, it is gold colored. It did not come close to matching the other copper post caps I have and I had to return it.

Nice landscape addition
We have used these lights for years. You wouldn’t use them to read by but they provide nice ambient lighting.
