Whenever i experience pain in my body i sit with it for about 20min. I notice a significant difference with my pain level when I'm done.

Good product
I did a lot of research on types of lights and their benefits and compared a lot of products before purchasing anything. I chose this over all because it combines both red light and infrared red light all in one. It’s well made and high quality but also super light weight. I have it hanging from a small hook above my bed and can simply unplug it and carry it with me to another room. Sometimes I prop it up on a countertop. It’s very simple with no remote control. Just plug in and flip the switch on the cord. I can feel it working. I have a neurological condition and a little time under this does helps my shakes go away or lessen the larger uncontrolled movements. When I feel cold shivers and stand in front of this, I don’t feel warm but the shivering gone. My skin does look greater than before and this has become part of my morning and night time routine. I wish I bought this years ago and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying out infrared light therapy. This product also had the best price compared to other high quality products.

Surprised it work well
I use this everyday so it’s well worth if your going to be consistent. I like that it’s small but not too small to use in your face . Con it’s light weight so it’s tips over easily during use. It did come with pot hanging stings but I didn’t find a creative way to use them so I just place in in the table or floor for which ever area of treatment

bright red light— Works great!
Day one super bright red light, very well made, sturdy and in great condition. All lights work perfectly no issues.. the only thing that I would like is if the lights were warm enough to feel.. I’ve tried red light in a doctors office for acupuncture and their red light was so warm on my legs- hopefully this still works just as well..

I Bought My Wife a Sci-Fi Flashlight, and She Loves It
So, I decided to treat my wife to this red light LED therapy gadget because, apparently, red light is a thing now. Do I know what it does? Absolutely not. Does she love it? Absolutely yes. From what I can gather, this magical beam of red light is supposed to heal, rejuvenate, or maybe summon aliens—your guess is as good as mine. She shines it on her face, arms, and sometimes even her knees. I asked her what it’s doing, and she said, “It promotes collagen, reduces inflammation, and makes me glow.” Sounds like witchcraft, but okay.Meanwhile, I’ve been sitting here wondering if it doubles as a lightsaber or could cook bacon in a pinch. But hey, if she’s happy, I’m happy. Plus, it gives her that "I'm doing self-care" look, which means I can watch sports uninterrupted.Final verdict: 5 stars for the mystery magic light wand that makes her smile and keeps me out of trouble. Bonus points for how futuristic it looks—I feel like I bought her the starter kit for joining the Avengers.

Great for Wrinkles
The media could not be loaded. So, I decided to jump on the red light skincare train at 28, and guess what? The Rhmip01 LED Red Light Therapy Device totally caught me off guard. Dealing with wrinkles, discoloration, and the occasional acne battle, I was low-key skeptical about this red light thing. But, surprise, surprise – it's more than just a trendy hype. This device uses a combo of 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared LED lights. And no, it's not just a marketing gimmick; there's some real science behind it. The red light works its magic on cell repair, giving my skin a nice little upgrade, while the near-infrared dives deep to tackle freckles and whatnot. It's like a subtle glow-up for my skin. This device is very practical while also being cost-effective. Whether I'm binge-reading, stuck in a TV series, or deep into gaming, this thing just vibes with my routine. I would recommend this device.

Request Seller to Honor Warranty for Defective Device — WITH UPDATE
UPDATE POSTIt has been one week since I followed Amazon’s customer service direction to post in the review section my experience with the device and request the seller honor their warranty statement.I have received no response from the seller or Amazon. At this point, I do not expect anyone to honor the warranty that came with the device.BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase this device, hope that any issues crop up during Amazon’s 60 day return window because if anything happens after that, you’re on your own.ORIGINAL POSTThis message is for the seller of the Red Light Therapy Panel. Your item is defective and I would like you to honor your warranty statement and make things right.HISTORYI purchased the Red Light Therapy Panel as a Black Friday deal and received it on 12/1/2024 but wasn’t able to use the product until a few days ago.The first time I used the panel, there was a bright light for a few seconds, then nothing. I thought maybe that’s how it was supposed to be. The next two times I used it, there was not even a bright light for a few seconds. The fourth time I used it, the bright light sustained for many minutes.I checked reviews and learned that the bright light should sustain. However, the light from the device I bought was not steady.I worry about continued use, since the device seems to be defective.Along with the device came directions and this statement of warranty, “We offer 12 months warranty for this light. If any issues, please contact us first and we will assist to make everything right.” No contact information came with the device. After going through Amazon’s customer service morass multiple times, I was informed the only way to reach out to the seller would be to write a review.
