HORRIBLE: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Worked good ( not great)for about 2 days then it started with the flaws. You can't be too faraway from it. It's hard to connect to your phone. Always noise. The person on the other end of the phone can't hear you but you can hear them.

I love the headset
Originally sent the wrong color,but I contacted them & the response was immediate. They apologize & sent nw the correct one out the same day. They are very courteous.I love the headset. Excellent quality, sound,very stylish. I would be again. & again from LSCharm. Thanks for being wonderful.

Need better range. You have to stay very close to your device
They're comfortable, and different looking which I like, and battery life is good, but the reception/range is awful. I can't even get 5' from my phone without it breaking up which kind of defeats the purpose of them being Bluetooth. Haven't decided if I'll be returning them or not

Very impressed with the company, had issues with my first pair and they made it right.... Love the design and sound, will buy again for my husband... Thank you lscharm you gave me better headphones than beats.... Wish they would have lasted longer right side is going out out have to mess with the cord to get sound

waste of money
less then one month it wont charge. it dies after one hr. waste of money... bought one a Costco for $20 more but if it stops working I could return and buy another one..

Exactly what I was looking for
I've always loved the around the neck headphones. But hated that they would get tangled in everything. These have a smooth retraction that prevents that. I got the rose gold and it's so pretty. I got lots of compliments. The sound is clear and everyone I talk to can hear me perfectly.

Love it.
Love it. The design, fit & sound. I had 1 issue only because it connected to my phone when I was using my ipad instead. Just had to disconnect it from my iphone.
