It works
Does the job. Allowed me to connect my monitor to an arm mount. Be sure to follow the directions though. I connected the adapter to my monitor first but then realized it would be a lot easier to connect the adapter to the mount first and then just slide the monitor on at the end.

Feels durable but hinders connections
Fast shipping, well packaged, durable feel. Technically easily to install but required adaptation. The VESA panel is too close to the back of the monitor which blocks the connectors. I was using an HDMI to HDVI adapter that came with the monitor. This caused the connection to stick too far out the back and was blocked by the panel. The VGA cable is forced to bend down but does connect. A 90 degree adapter may be necessary for some cables.

Exactly what I needed
I really did not want to purchase another monitor just so I could have a screen that is mounted. This was the solution to my dilemma. Works wonderfully!

Great Solution for a Unique Issue
This adapter works great! I was unbelievably excited to learn that this product even existed! The screen that I am typing on right now is held up by this mount. Fit perfect, and the had enough room for the cables as well.

Cable dont have cut outs
90 Degree pinch on your cable because they could not cut out a hole for your cables.Lazy engineering.If this were a competitive market, it would be a 1 star.

Strong mount adapter with a significant flaw
This adapter does exactly as advertised - allows me to mount my Dell S2230MX to a monitor arm. It was pretty easy to connect, basically it's just like the regular stand the monitor comes with. Its biggest flaw is that once the adapter is connected, it's incredibly difficult to plug the DVI and power cables into the monitor. The only way I got my DVI plug connected was by pinching the cable at a weird angle so it'd fit in the bracket. Seems like leaving some extra room for cables would have been a smart move. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to and holds the monitor pretty securely.
