Classy faucet
Very quality product.. I had a specIfic need for gold, but also have in stainless. Love the high spout which makes it easy to get under. I an now looking for them in bronze...

Looks great and easy to clean
Had trouble with the original cartridge leaking but company sent replacement without hesitation. Looks great and easy to clean. I took out the flow restrictor as I do with all fixtures and the water came out with too much force, and caused splashing. Kholer sent me a replacement for this as well (despite it being my bad) but I haven't put it in yet. Really love this faucet.

Bathroom faucet
At half the cost and exactly the same product as the other faucets in my home, this faucet is excellent and I will certainly purchase the kitchen sink faucet online from the same supplier.

Cartridge broken on arrival
We finally had our new counter top installed this morning. Upon opening the box containing the faucet, I noticed that the handle was not attached to the body of the faucet. I figured this was part of the assembly process. I proceeded to install the entire system, saving the handle to attach at the end of the install. I could not figured out how to install the handle. The instructions that came with the faucet are absolutely terrible. I thought a faucet costing this much would have good instructions. I searched for some instruction videos on the internet and found several that deal with this specific model. The videos showed the handle assembly attached to the main body, and not part of the assembly sticking out of the handle. I came to the conclusion that the white part, in the photos, was broken. I watched a video about how to remove and install a new cartridge. I took the cartridge out per instructions in the video and it showed that the cartridge was definitely broken. There does not appear to be damage to the shipping carton.I purchased two of these faucet assemblies for my double sinks in the new counter top. When I opened the second box, I noticed that the handle was indeed supposed to be attached to the main faucet body. This is the way it should be.At this point I do not want to return the entire assembly for replacement because it is all installed in the new sink. What I want is a new cartridge, part number shown in photo. Everything else about the faucet seems OK. For paying $250.00 per faucet I should receive perfect hardware.
