2 PCS 3 inch Cafe Saloon Door Swing Self Closing Double Action Spring Hinge

These hinges are working great for my pet doors, we can walk through from either direction but they keep my dog secure in the area so he can't wander into other rooms

The media could not be loaded. These are almost exactly what I was looking for and once installed on our custom pantry door(s) they work really well. One spring did break or came loose, but the others still operate well. I do wish there was a way to 'lock open' the hinge easily, but it's not critical. I'd recommend them and would buy again.

They are kinda hard to install, only because they are so tight. They look great & will hold my beefy saloon doors.

This product is too thin. It will not hold up a 18"x26" gate that is built out of untreated 2x4. the material is not strong enough to support. even with three hinges the top two unfold, forcing the bottom hinge to stay snug/closed. I can't imagine these hinges being good for any project. Very thin material. the middle portion could be bent by hand easily.

bought 4 pcs. Low quality. 1 of the hinges broke as I was installing it. What I mean by broke is that one of the spring do not spring back. You get what you pay for.

I'm giving these hinges three stars because of product description only. The hinges appear to be of good quality. The finish is good and the spring feels strong enough to support doors up to 25lbs. The free shipping only took 3 days, ordered on 5/16/18 and received on 5/19/18. Here is where I have a problem. The item description said that these hinges would fit a door thickness up to 4.4 centimeters which equates to 1.73 inches. In actuality, these hinges will only fit on doors up to 1 3/8 inches thick. And although they are advertised as saloon2 PCS 3'' Cafe Saloon Door Swing Self Closing Double Action Spring Hinge door hinges, to make them work on a door jamb correctly, a 1/4 inch shim would have to be placed between the hinge and jamb, not a big deal, but should be mentioned in the description.

They're on an outside screen door , and work good so far . They look like they are made of stainless steel , and they are fully adjustable (spring tension ) .
