Excellent replacement – Works as expected
Initially, I received a defective product. It couldn't retain the temperature properly, and the hot water became cold within about 4 hours, so I requested a replacement.The replacement product is completely different and works perfectly. It keeps water hot for around **48 hours**, just as claimed. The outer plastic body is good, and the insulation performance is excellent.One thing to keep in mind is that the inner insulated bottle is made of **glass**, so it should be handled carefully to avoid breakage. Apart from that, I am very happy with the replacement and its performance. If you receive a defective piece, I recommend requesting a replacement instead of returning it immediately.

It's brittle inside
The product itself is very good in keeping the temperature both cold and hot but the inside of the bottle is coated with brittle glass I keep the bottle near my bed in the floor i accidentally hit the bottle and it fell and the inside of the bottle brokeI didn't fill it with too hot water or coldIf you can use it carefully it is a god product
