Looks very nice in my room like vintage style Very easy to install, very beautiful. The fan is very nice and quiet My room looks beautiful with this addition. The instructions could have been better but not too difficult to understand. It has five lights so you may want to use lights that are not too bright. I ended up getting a smart bulb so I could dim it and change the white color and it worked really well. The fan is very powerful, I was pleasantly surprised. Overall this is a very good unit and I will probably buy again I love this fan! It's very cute and goes well with my room. Recommend this product to buy

I really like this ceiling fan! It looks very nice in my room like a vintage style. The caged design is cool. The lights are bright and the fan works great, keeping my room fresh. I love the remote control too, super easy to use. Highly recommend

I upgraded the review to 5 stars. After posting the first review the company contacted me directly and made every effort to make sure that I was happy with this fan and they succeeded. I tried the trouble shooting ideas they provided but in the end they sent me a completely new fan. It took me no time at all to change it out. New we have a fan that is quite. We are very happy with the customer service and the end product. I recommend this product.Old review- “We like the look and how it lights up the room. The remote control is nice. The fan on speeds 3 and 4 makes a rattling noise but when we go to 5 it seems to go away.”

Ok I got two of these for my kitchen, but I received two *slightly* different models. The one which was clearly the *new* model has a shorter bracket and was super easy to install, but the presumably-older one was tougher because we had to wire the fan motor to the control box ourselves. That was easy enough, but made the process take a bit longer. It also hangs down from the ceiling about an inch more, but as I am no doubt the only one who will ever notice I am fine with it. The fans put out a good amount of air and you can turn the lights off and leave the fans running which will be nice in the summer.

Update: The customer service saw this review and sent me a new controller which has fixed all the issues. They checked in with me after I received it and followed up a few days later to make sure it worked PLUS they extended the warranty for another year. Sometimes things break, but customer service here was exceptional.Liked the design and the layout. Installed and added the Edison led bulbs. It’s been working great (fan really puts out a lot of air) for the past 10 months but has started dimming on and off. Some times it will blink on and off when I first turn it on and after it warms up (?) it gives a more consistent light. Flickers on and off during the day. I can almost walk completely across the room before the light comes on now after hitting the switch at the door. It’s almost like the remote unit is failing. Hopefully it will stop but not holding out a lot of hope…

This product worked great for 3 months and then all of a sudden we are having issues. The fan dims automatically by itself. Some times it turns on fine and then within seconds it dims for no reason. Sometimes when we turn it on it’s just dim. This is extremely frustrating considering it’s only four months old now! We don’t know how to get help to fix this product either! So sad because it is a beautiful fan!

We have had the fan for about 2 years and it has worked great. The light is bright and the fan is powerfull for its size. When cleaning it the other day I broke one of the fan blades. I reached out to the company which advised that it was out of the 1 year warranty but still sent the replacement blade. I would definitely recommend this fan and especially this company.

This ceiling fan/light combo has some great features such as 6 speed settings, reverse for winter months, and even a remote control for the lights & fan. We installed it in our guest bedroom and wish we had another one for our master bedroom. It looks better than our old, standard ceiling fan.

Fan works better than previous unit I had up there and more than enough light for the dining room. Only downfall is no dimmer set up, otherwise perfect for our needs.

We wanted a low profile fan with a light to replace our traditional ceiling fan in a basement room. It would be more for the light than the fan. This unit has 5 sockets for bulbs and when filled produces lots of light and the fan works great too. Fan has a slight wobble but we shimmed it a bit to bring that under control. Something worth noting is that the fine mesh wire around the unit allows the light to pass through with minimal shadows, however there is no shade around the bulbs to diffuse the light.

Love this fan! It’s very cute and goes well in my living room. Wasn’t hard to install. (Now I need another in the future for another room.

I bought 2. I was worried they wouldn't work because they're not name brand, but they work great. Even the electricians that installed them said the fans are surprisingly good. I used Edison bulbs because I wanted a softer light, and it looks great.

I would not recommend any ordering this as I purchased it in January 24 just finishing up mt reno and when I went to put it up the two top plates are missing and my window for support or return has closed.
