When I make a big batch of soup I like to freeze some for my cousin who is older and lives alone, but I have a small freezer so not a lot of room. These fit the space I have well, and being square are easy to clear flat space for, but even if they are a little tilted, they don't leak. The lids are tight, but easy to remove and put on. Once frozen, I either send it home with her in the mold, or decant the soup and put it in vacuum seal bags for her to use later. A cup of soup just suits her, and the cubes just pop right out of the molds. The 1/2 cup measurement line is fairly easy to see as well. They wash up well in the dishwasher too. I've had them several months and used them a lot, and I'm happy with this product.

The best! I have had 2 of these for several years and find them to be a definite can't-live-without. I keep them in the freezer with single portions of whatever I've been making, mostly soups/casseroles. So convenient to pop out for a quick , right-sized meal. Sturdier than most, stackable. I recently purchased the Walfos 1-Cup Silicone Freezer Molds to freeze extra soup and meals from my Instant Pot. My goal was to have a larger ice cube tray, so I wouldn’t need five or six cubes to fill a bowl. These molds have been a game changer! Now, just one or two cubes perfectly fill my standard soup bowl. The silicone is thick and flexible, making it easy to pop out frozen cubes without any mess. Plus, the lids fit snugly, keeping my food fresh and odor-free in the freezer. One downside is that after using them, the silicone tends to retain the scent of whatever was frozen in it. Yes, I’ve read the articles and watched a few YouTube videos with suggestions on how to clean it to remove the scent. One method that I found effective is a mixture of white vinegar and baking soda. Soaking the molds overnight also seems to do the trick. As a result, I am rating it four stars instead of five. I don’t think it’s the fault of the manufacturer; it’s more of a limitation of silicone. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend these molds for anyone looking to simplify meal prep!

These are great for freezing soups. You can fill them up or use the line inside to measure just to a 1/2 cup. Once frozen, you can pop the molded soup out and store in a freezer bag if you like. This is a great way to save money. The molds themselves are thick, stack up to save space in the freezer, and are very sturdy. I have bought them twice and might buy more as we don't alway pop the soup out but simply store it in the molds as they do save space.

I've used these twice and might buy more. I bought the 2 cup ones and like them. Easy to pop out the soup. The rime has metal embedded the rim so they are easy to carry without flopping around. The description to me is a little misleading. It does say 4 pieces which are 4 individual 2 cup silicone molds. It also includes 4 lids for a total of 8 pieces in the box. If you buy cookware or anything with lids, the lids are included in the count. The box my molds came in was also a little misleading and I thought I had ordered the wrong size. I've already recycled the boxes so I can't quote verbatim but it said something about them having fill lines for 1/2 cup and 1 cup. The 2 cup ones have fill lines for 1 cup and 2 cup.

This is an exceptional product! Have owned them for months and they are rotated every nine days; as I feed my highly allergic golden a homemade Vet recipe. They might as well be brand new! Made sturdy, great seal to keep liquid in, freezes quickly and pops out without residue. Moreover, they have remained perfect in the dishwasher’s top rack! Love this product!!!

The product was of moderate quality at best, despite the glowing commentary in the product description. When I tried to return the product due to the sub-standard quality, Laygar refused to provide me with a postage-paid return label. I had to pay one-third of the product's price to ship it back. Laygar offered me a $20 coupon in an attempt to buy me off. I would have ended up dropping the product off at a flea market as it was hopeless to use.

These are fantastic, their metal rim means they can stack and are easy to carry when full. Perfect for meal prepping and soups and the portion size is great!
