Outstanding customer service.
I purchase two of these lamps and they arrived next day.Great little lamps and are very very bright. Excellent quality and even come with Duracell batteries.Unfortunately one lamp had a problem with the hanging hook, which I wouldn't really have botheredd with considering the price, However, There is a warranty card in the box that states " Disappointed ? we'll make it right"I sent an email with a photo of the hook asking if they could send me another hook or baseplate.I had an email from Jessica which said we have put two complete new lamps in the post and please keep the original two !How good is that ?The lamps are great and the customer service is even better.Im a very impressed and happy customer.I have no connection to this company just an honest review and credit to them.

Amazing value
These lanterns are amazing value. Light is very bright and they are supplied with 3 duracell batteries. Couldn’t fault anything. Delighted with my purchase.

Fantastic little lights
Great lights, they're compact, look smart, give off a great light and the batteries seems to last quite a while. Another perk is that somehow, for this price, they come with actual duracel batteries.

Can be adapted with coloured gels to change the light's colour
Really nice lights (and great value considering two!)The light is very bright and rather 'cool' in tone, which is not ideal for a relaxing ambiance / preserving night vision. However, this is possible to solve with a little 'hack', by matching it with your choice of 0.2mm coloured gels (designed for lighting).First choose your gel (I have a red and a yellow one to use in each lamp)Cut the acetate into a 20cm x 7cm rectangle and set aside.Twist and open the battery compartments top and bottom:- The top one contains a lithium battery (replaceable for future reference, which is good to know. Be careful opening this as there are some thin soldered wires that mustn't be damaged. For now remove the lithium cell to expose a screw head.Leave this screw for now.-The lower compartment is where you can install 3 x AA batteries.Within the lower compartment you will notice 4 little screws.Unscrew these and carefully set them aside (they are rather small!).Gently lift up the battery compartment, where underneath you will see the nut through which a long bolt is threaded (the head of which we saw earlier in the top compartment). Take note of its orientation, there is a contact which sits against a protruding metal piece that acts as a switch to turn the light on and off when opened and closed. You can now unscrew the bolt from the top compartment, taking care to catch/support the nut which you've exposed at the bottom.Remove the nut, and I would suggest put a blob of something blu--tack on top of the bolt in the top compartment to hold it in place. You can also use some electrical tape to stop the lamp opening. With the nut removed, you can gently lift the bottom silvered piece, being careful not to snag any of the loose wires, which can be fed through the base as you raise it to keep out of the way.- Now remove the protective films from each side of your pre-cut gel and slip it into the exposed underside of the lamp's 'glass' (plastic!). No need to stick the acetate, if cut well, it will just sit in there due to the shape of the compartment.Gel placed, reseat the silver lower lamp section, noting the position, you will see there are broad plastic protrusions with little runner o-rings that line up with 'slots' either side.Note too the protruding silver bit facing bit facing you to marry up the battery compartment later.Refit the nut, holding it whilst you remove the blu-tak covering the bolt in the top compartment, reseat it within the unit and screw it back in.You can now reseat the battery compartment, lining up the switch with the silver protruding piece for the switch.Refit the 4 little screws, the lithium battery and put everything back together...Et voila! A coloured lamp!!!Hope this might be of help to someone out there.I'll take and post some photos whilst doing this for my second lamp, but thought to put this up for now right away.

Good size, practical.
I check all the four. All working. Will put them to the test with batteries, solar charging, and USB. I know it's not a reading lamp. Described as suitable for camping, outdoor use etc. so it can't do both things, bright light for the family out camping and dim enough for focused reading. For me this is most handy when light is required at a moment's notice, and at electricity down time, at camp, at the shed One light for one room will be adequate than several reading lamps together.Update - the light next to the type c port shows red when the unit is being charged, either solar / sun or plugged in, and graded too. When using the type a port to charge another device, e.g. phone, the type-c light turns green - I don't know whether this means charging or fully charged.

Emergency light.
This little lamp is brilliant, so easy to use. I bought two, one for downstairs and one for upstairs just in case of a power cut. So neat it doesn’t look out of place. It is so light you could take it anywhere. Good light, certainly light up any room.
