Has anyone tried this chart for the Weider Total Body Works 5000?

yes - has exercises I hadn't thought of doing -

No it is only paper. Wish it were laminated. I cut min into card sized and laminated with film got at WalMart. Easier to use now.

Is this chart for a Total Gym 1500?

I am not sure about the Total Gym 1500, but it does work with my Total Gym Force (Costco)..... also works well with the Total Gym Training Deck! Really works well as a quick reference guide if your just getting started or haven't used your Total Gym in awhile.
