Pleasantly surprised!
I usually buy the Harley Street tuner for my stage 1 download. However, it’s on back order till January 2023. I decided to try the FP4.I emailed Vance and Hines due to all the negative reviews just to make sure things were fixed. They told me exactly what it could & could not do. Everything worked flawlessly. My 2022 street glide runs and sounds fantastic! No problems at all.

Complete fail.
I ordered the Fuelpak FP4 for my 2022 Harley Davidson Road Glide FLTRX based on how much I liked the FP3 that I previously had on my Sportster.I read all the negative reviews that said it was essentially an unfinished product but optimistically purchased it anyway thinking that surely V&H couldn't sell the product if it didn't work and the negative reviewers probably just didn't know what they where doing. Let's face it...you see alot of negative reviews being posted by people barely able to complete a basic sentence right?Well...I can't tell if it's the app that doesn't work properly or the tuner. The app on one of my phones (Galaxy S21 Ultra) could not complete a stable connection long enough to even read my ecm. My other phone (Galaxy S22) would connect and even flashed one of the tunes that is available for my bike and the accessories I have.With that tune flashed my bike suddenly had an off-idle hesitation, it developed a surging idle when I was coming to a stop. As I would coast to a stop it would ramp up to 1600-1800 rpms and not drop to 1000 or lower until after my feet were on the ground. The engine seemed to run hotter and this was confirmed by the EITMS that began to come on at nearly every stop where it had not done so before.I tried several times to run an autotune and was unable due to the app crashing. I did manage to get quite a few cells learned on one attempt and then almost bricked my ecm trying to apply the changes and had to reflash the map after I closed and restarted the app.There is no throttle progressivity available for any bike. V&H advertises it's available only for non-RDRS bikes. Mine is non-RDRS. V&H says it will be available some time around the first of the year.I decided that I didn't want my brand new bike to be the guinea pig in this experiment and bought a Dynojet PowerVision 4 tuner. Every single issue I listed above was gone after I flashed my bike with the PV4. It runs crisper, stronger, and smoother than it did when I bought it with only 7 miles on it.The Fuelpak FP4 lives in my toolbox now because I'm certain V&H will not offer a refund for return of this $400 pos.If you are considering purchasing this tuner for your bike, I strongly recommend you don't. For the same price (or less) you can get the Dynojet PV4 and get a working app, all the advertised features, a larger library of tunes, and no worries that you're bike is about to meltdown due to a bad tune.I have $800 invested in a flash tuner now because I didn't believe the negative reviews...don't do the same thing I did!

No Problem at all.
I had no problem what-so-ever. Smooth install and WOW! What a difference. While waiting for my V&H slip ons I did a flash on my stock 21 Heritage. (stock exhaust and intake) Ran smoother and with more pep and power. Can't wait for the pipes.When I first fired up the module and app, it did do a firmware upgrade, but it went smooth with no issue.

Terrible. Absolute waste of money.
I try not to be negative but this was one of the biggest waste of money. Returned it and took 20+ days but only got the refund because of calling Amazon directly.

Sent an FP4 that was already used on another motorcycle rendering it useless.

Defective
It took over 20 minutes to install and when it finished my engine light stayed on and the bike ran very ruff. Went to read codes and there wasnt any. Put it back to stock and the light went out and runs smooth.

Don't fit a 2012 Dyna
The description says it fits a 2012 Dyna. It doesn't!!

Total Rip Off
Had the FP 3 and it had tons of maps and editable features including throttle response and many more, was a die hard fan.Bought the FP4 because it was the shinny new thing, very very limited features available (just maps for V&H products and stock HD) on iPhone, marginally more on Android. Nothing to do with what was advertised I feel totally ripped of. iPhone app still on V1.x since launch, give me a break,,,V&N be honest next time, not with me though.
