This items works as designed - but read the description - it says iPhone 7/XS maximum. I tried to charge my iPad Pro from the USB-C port and the port gets very hot and smells of burning electrics. It did not fail - but be careful what you charge with the USB-C port. Normal USB ports work fine. Otherwise product seems ok (although I only just got it)

The item is very good. wireless charging works with iPhone perfectly. The solar option also works. Size is big and heavy but for 36000mah u have to compromise on size. Built in cable ale very good option. extra cables are also provided.

UPDATE: Bought it in June, Used it in July/August while on holiday. Got back home at the end of August and I’ve had it charging for almost two weeks and it only charges to the first bar. Kept checking on it, but it refuses to charge past that point.The charger arrived with a 50AED voucher if I gave it five stars and a good review whichever I initially did, but I didn’t claim the voucher so this is my non-biased review.. I was happy with my purchase at first.Original review: Takes a really long time to charge…It was super helpful when I travelled and didn’t have access to power to charge my phone. It was helpful to charge my phone wirelessly when I took my phone out of the waterproof case after I went swimming in the ocean and recorded the experience.
