This chair deserves a good, honest and experienced review
This chair deserves a good, honest and experienced review. And I also need to clear up some misconceptions from previous reviewers. Some folks complained of missing parts, this was resolved by the company and now those bolts come in the chair already. This also helps with the "holes being cut properly" issues as the bolts are already there so there is no problem fitting. So let's look at this chair shall we?The price? I say it's decent for the quality. Maybe offer a version without the footrest and massager for a little cheaper? Those weren't super important to me but really nice bonuses. So the chair, you get it in this box and it doesn't take too long to put together at all. The ONLY issue is putting the back of chair on the seat. The bars are straight and the holes are drilled in this odd spot where the cushioning pushes it at an angle. You can get one on easily enough, but then it's hard to get the other because it's at an angle now and there's too much space between the bar and the back. I finally figured out a way to do it but it took a TON of effort and sweat. If you have two people it'll be easier but this is quite literally my only complain about this chair. That took 2x the amount of time it took for the rest of the chair. Now the chair is comfy. Pretty comfy. The reclining is nice and I could legit sleep in this chair. The lumbar and head rests can be moved around. Now me personally I could do for a bigger lumbar support and headrest, but I can fix that myself. That is personal preference. The legrest will either work for you or it wont. It can be slid forward and back to find the right length and I find the cushion pretty good. The armrests? The are a decent size, got some cushioning and have a bit of maneuverability. Up and down of course but if you loosen the bolts you can pull them out or in a tiny bit or even a slight angle. This works perfectly fine for me.So let's look at usage, because we all want this for different reasons. If you are sitting in this chair doing normal office work it is very comfortable. I on the other hand am a livestreamer and i'm constantly at different angles, sometimes crosslegged on my chair or with my feet on the footrest and generally this chair suits me well for all of this. If you like to get in crazy positions like I do with this chair to play games or maybe watch some netflix I will tell you what you will need though. I got some memory foam armrest covers so my legs don't go numb if I rest them against it. Need a bigger head pillow so you can lean back and still be comfortable looking at your screen without having to bend your neck back or lower the back of your chair. Also the metal frame of the seat itself can hurt if you are resting on it on the very edges of the seat. Now remember this is a very SPECIFIC set of variables if you like to sit in freakishly weird ways like I do. The chair is extremely comfortable and well made for normal use in an office or at home, and requires just a little tweaking if you want to be able to lay all over it.In summary, excellent chair. Wish there was a cheaper version without the legrest and massager as you can get a higher quality chair for maybe 75-100 dollars more, so keep your product desirable! And be prepared for a little elbow grease in getting the back attached to the seat.

Quality, comfortable chair. Feels like it would cost $100 more
TL;DR: Despite footrest mishap, great looking, comfortable, quality chair for the price. Customer service, despite Engrish, was quick and genuine. Company that obviously cares about its image (in a good way).THE CHAIR: I decided just to play it safe and get the all-black chair. When I purchased it, the images on the site featured the footrest, in black, that matched the other chairs, for $190. Thinking it was a good deal, I dropped the $10 extra for the faster shipping. Shipped via UPS without any shipping flaws (tears, rips, dents, whatever), came in pristine condition. Look thru the pics I uploaded for proof. As a guy that is 6'1" and 180lbs and has an extremely bony butt, this chair is hard to not like. The cushion is a great width and feels GREAT. The arms are much more padded than they look in the picture; they're like a firm foam of some sort. They won't leave indents after long uses, but have enough cushion to be comfortable. Having the movable massaging lumbar support (getting to that below), head pillow, recline adjustable all the way to the back, and standard tilt tension makes for an extremely relaxing chair to sit in after a long day of work. The casters+rolling frame are more well built than anticipated. All moving parts move fluidly and without wonkiness. The massaging lumbar is awesome, just make sure you have a good or long USB cable to run to it. There's no noticeable difference between the massage speeds really. This chair is truly a tall-back chair, leaving a solid inch of headrest above my 6'1" posture. The cushion isn't overdone and bulky. The PU leather surprised me actually, it felt very solid and a bit more expensive than your traditional Walmart chair. No loose wrap or wrinkles in the leather. Barely makes any noise (for the time being anyways).Assembly was a breeze, except for when fitting the bolts back into the backrest to connect the two pieces, the bolt holes are countersunk beneath the leather, so you have to dig and line up the bolts while awkwardly holding up the back piece and prevent the bottom from rolling away from you.PACKAGING: Ficmax obviously cares about their brand image, as the box came looking pretty spiffy as seen in the pics. Came with a custom-printed envelope with a custom stamp to keep it shut. Warranty info and a brief instruction manual were included. The instructions, if used by an average consumer, would probably prove useless, but as a mechanical engineer that understands Engrish, it was pretty straightforward. I mean, it's a computer chair, not a computer.CUST. SERVICE: I received an email from the seller a day before arrival that they had a factory mishap, and none of the all-black chairs were equipped with the footrest as marketed on the listing. They offered to either (A) grant a partial refund and let me keep the chair, or (B) ship the chair back and get a full refund. The seller obviously didn't speak native English, but they seemed genuine in trying to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I'm not sure if this is a company that just recently started selling, but this is a company that just put their name on the map for me.Would buy another, but I'm hoping I won't have to, as the chair seems to hold it's own. AMA if you're interested in the black variant.

Initial Review - Pretty Good
I'll give this an initial review to start and intend on coming back either (a) should anything immediately turn bad or (b) it has been several months to a year with no problem. So to begin - 4 stars.Pros:- Very cushioned and soft. Your butt won't go numb in this, and the back/head pillows are just firm enough.- It fits a 6'0" 180 lb guy very well. The sides don't ride up, and there's plenty of room to stretch and move my legs.- The arm rests cradle your arms.- The color is vibrant. It really makes the rest of the room look dull!- The price! $180 is quite an investment for a chair, but its half the price of DXRacer's and the like. I went for this chair over the $80-$140 brands as those sounded "too good to be any good." I'm satisfied with my choice so far.Cons:- No instructions included - not even pictures. Granted it was very easy to figure out, there's some things I wish I did in different order (for example, I wish I bolted the seat to the bottom plate before mounting it to the stand).- The arms don't swivel left to right, just up and down. They're very comfortable when you're in "keyboard and mouse" mode, but as I type this review, I have to have my right arm off the rest since its otherwise uncomfortable.- The wheels seem solid but don't roll too well on carpet. It's not the worst thing ever, but its certainly not super smooth.- The entire back piece has a little give. In other words if you grab the back of the chair and give it a shake, just the back piece wobbles; really the whole chair should wobble with it.
