I love both of these massage tools. I got them to break up plantar fasciia scar tissue and they are both great to use amd seem to be helping a bunch! I've tried everything to get rid of this stubborn plantar fasciitis in both feet and read that this can help break up scar tissue so time will tell but so far loving these tools!
