I donโt know how much I can tell any difference in how my body uses these, but what i can say is that these have a bad smell and get worse over the course of the month. They are also quite large.

Great vitamin for women my age(over50). My dr said if you want to take a multivitamin then take a good one. Iโve been taking GNC vitamins for years.. You need to realize that they may be a little bit more pricey than one a day, but they are worth it.

Great product
Love these GNC multi vitamins because they are easy on the stomach, and are loaded with great stuff. I can take one with as little as a piece of toast with no tummy upset. Others require taking with a meal. I'm told it's because GNC doesn't use fillers. Well priced & a good product.
