When I purchased my new home, the doorbell turned out to not be loud enough for me to hear if I was downstairs in the family room. I bought this doorbell with two receivers, which I didn't need as one receiver is so loud, I can hear it no matter where I'm at in the house. I removed the old doorbell switch, snipped the wires and taped them up, then screwed this one in it's place. It works great and had a good low price tag. So glad I decided to try this one!

Got these for a permanent solution to our 35 year old doorbells that had seen much better days. Got to remove all of that nonsense and install these simple ones in their place. They worked immediately, the two doorbells now have a different ring than each other but with only one speaker. The only downside is the speaker plug is small but slightly covers the other outlet plug which is mildly inconvenient when you don’t have a million plugs around. Other than that, we’re very excited about these.

The doorbells work great for the most part. I have a small shaved ice stand in the front of the home. It is about 75' from the home and the door bell works from there into my basement and all of the main floor. It did not however work when I took it about 200' away with a direct line of site. It paired easy though and has a variety of loud ringers.

This model much easier pair to set up than the previous one I had. However, there were TOO MANY chime tunes to scroll through. Only 3 or 4 were traditional doorbell sounds. Most were songs (including several Christmas tunes) so it took me much longer to set up as I searched for a two chimes I was satisfied with.

Very happy with the quality. The chimes is very loud.
