Great product. Exactly as described
Awesome product does exactly what it's supposed to. Ran cat5 from my set top box to the small TV in my kitchen. Fortunately on my stb you can use both the HDMI port (for my family room tv) and the RCA ports at the same time. Just a matter of changing a setting. So now I can watch TV and control the channels in my kitchen without having to pay $8 a month for another stb. And they are synced perfectly so great for a game and when you have people over it is on in both rooms so you won't miss anything when your cooking/washing dishes etc. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to do something similar

Cheaply made and creates hum over the speakers even with shielded Cat5e. I recommend paying a little more for quality
