ABSOLUTELY LOVE
This table is amazing! Especially with small spaces. I use this as a nail station in my small studio. It’s easy to assemble.

Great as makeup vanity
Perfect for a small corner in my room. I’m using it as my makeup vanity. Only is that the latch is very flimsy so I don’t fold it up very often because I don’t want it to break.

Not bad for the price.
The desk was very easy to assemble, all the parts are numbered 1, 2, 3 etc which is the order you use them in. The hardware are in separate bags labeled A, B, C etc so easy to find. The screw driver and wall anchors that came with the desk are no good but most people will have their own screw drivers and screws to anchor to stud's.While I was assembling it I was worried it was gonna be flimsy, once the top and bottom of the frame was lag bolted in it because pretty rigid. The latch and locking arms are on the cheap side so it they break they are easy enough to get at a big box stores and replace.Been using it for a few weeks and so far not bad, it was $120 bucks so I don't expect solid hardwood that's hand crafted. Does the job of a small desk to out a laptop on an use for the day and folds out of the way when you want the floor space.

Cheap. Don’t waste your money
Poorly written instructions and was a pain to put together. Most importantly though was the poor quality. Very flimsy hardware. After a couple weeks the hinges stripped and the table top wouldn’t close as it should. The latch will break in time as well as it’s so cheap. Don’t waste your money!! I will be returning and what a hassle.

Buy your own hardware!
I bought this for my craft room, and plan on using it predominantly for processing 3D prints and painting minis. As this room is very multipurpose at the moment, and not all that big, I needed another table, but the only place available for one was across the path to my 3d Printer. This fits perfectly in that spot and seems like it will be sturdy enough* to be used for post processing and painting. That being said, I strongly recommend against this desk unless you are prepared for headaches galore, as well as part failure. Just get a headstart and buy some a furniture screw kit with this purchase if you want to take on this challenging desk.Pros:-Very nice looking when assembled-Compact desk that is good for small spacesThat's it.Cons:-Headache to put together.-Unclear instructions-Included screwdriver is useless, both sides stripped quickly-Multiple screws stripped or otherwise failed-Mounting the thing is a whole ordeal-Multiple holes had to be redrilled before even the stock screws would work with them.-The clasp to hold the desk up is literally the cheapest thing they could've used.-Alternate hardware needed if you're unlucky like I was.I managed to fully assemble and hang this desk on my own over multiple days (it's frustrating!), but I've been building flat pack furniture since I was a child, (literally assembled bunk beds by myself at age 11).

Decent desk
Overall it is a better quality than expected. Very heavy though, needed to buy drywall anchors from the hardware store to mount on wall to ensure it wouldn't damage wall or fall. The ones in package are not going to do the job.Measurements to hang mounting bar seemed slightly off by like 1/4" so try to make sure it is at the right height, this seemed to be the most difficult part. The desk I received had a defective support leg. Needed to adjust the hinges to make the support 90°, but now it won't close. Too much work to disassemble to try and return so I will either need to keep open or have a crooked support leg.Latch could be better seems a little flimsy to hold locked.

Great for small spaces
Easy to assemble works awesome. Saw other reviews about the clasp, so I ordered & installed a bigger one and it came out super. Make sure you get it mounted on the wall level. Worth doing some math and getting a friend to help.
