I selected this store for our blinds since they were one of the few which made them long. We needed 238cm to cover very tall tenement windows, where the room height is 3.4m. The store sent me blinds which included chains which were about 1 metre in effective drop (2m chains I guess). This meant that the end of the chain was so high up I had to stand on tiptoes to reach it, and my wife needed a step stool!I asked the store to correct the issue and after "checking with the manufacturer" they told me they couldn't supply a correct chain because of child safety rules. Not sure who has kids that are taller than a full grown adult but perhaps in their neck of the woods such a human structure exists.Anyway, not happy about this. I recommend you find another supplier for blinds unless you are 3 meters tall.
