The clock itself great but mine came chipped in top left corner of roof. Sent back. Love my other clock nice and soothing to hear bird chirps. The pendulum needs improved. Mine quit on my other clock.

Sehr schöne Uhr und ein sehr guter Kundenservice
Ich habe mir schon lange eine Kuckucksuhr gewünscht und mir jetzt selbst diesen Traum erfüllt. Die Uhr sieht sehr schön und modern aus. Am Anfang war der Zeiger nicht ganz richtig eingestellt, der Kuckuck kam ein paar Minuten nach voller Stunde. Ich habe den Verkäufer angeschrieben und sehr schnell eine Anleitung erhalten um die Zeiger einzustellen, das hat gut funktioniert. Jetzt kommt der Kuckuck pünktlich. Diese Uhr macht meiner ganzen Familie viel Freude.

Pendulum failed at 6 months. Time and bird continued to work. No repair parts were available for this model. 90 day warranty insufficient. Do not recommend you purchase it or any other product for the company.
