7" Dark Walnut Tapered Pyramid Sofa Leg, Set of 4 (5/16")

I have containers that are 6.25 inches high, and I was constantly frustrated that they wouldn't fit under my couch because my couch was only 6 inches high. I originally bought some furniture risers, but that raised the couch way too high and also made it slide on the risers. That's when I checked the legs on my couch and, surprise surprise, they unscrewed! All I need to do was find a decent set of 7" solid legs with a 5/16" bolt and these are what I found!Very solidly made, attractive, and perfect for my container frustrations. It's important to note a few things:- First, verify that your couch legs use a 5/16" bolt. If they aren't, then you will find that these don't fit. In addition, I found that since I was replacing round legs with square legs, for my couch the square legs ended up sitting on top of the bottom corner joint on each side whereas the round legs had originally settled without touching the corner joints. This meant that the distance between the bolt and the square leg was farther than it was for the round legs. Luckily the bolts were long enough to work, but had it been a .5" difference, they wouldn't have been able to screw on.- Second, when you are screwing them on, I highly suggest that you sand the top edges of the square legs. I made the mistake of not doing that with the first leg and a dried bit of stain/wood caught on the fabric of the couch as I was screwing the leg on and the result ended up pulling out a tiny sliver of wood from the leg exposing bare wood. It's large enough to be annoying when I see it, but it's covered by the couch skirting and is only cosmetic damage. Still... I wish I hadn't done it... because I know that it's there and always will.Overall, these rate very highly in my book! If you are looking for new legs or added height, look no further!

I used these legs to replace metal legs that came with a modern sectional. Now the sectional doesn't look like it belongs in an office. I still can't believe the quality for the price. They're beautiful! I initially ordered from another supplier on Amazon but after months of waiting, many lies and then an "oops they came back so please reorder" I realized that they were in China and everything they had told me was untrue. The second time I reordered these legs and they were here in a week and at a better price. Don't forget to order the hardware to install them. This company sells it as well. Fabulous purchase!

They were as advertised. My only issue is several of the hanger bolts were misaligned. If I was not screwing them all the way in those legs would not have been straight.

I love these furniture legs. I ordered the 7" legs twice and the 8" once. I bought this set for a new couch I bought for my father (elderly gentlemen with knee problems) I gave him my 8" legs instead. He did not get a chance to enjoy the furniture legs, but my second mom now has the furniture in her house and she loves the extra height from the furniture legs. She's an overweight senior citizen with health and joint problems. It is much easier for her now to sit down and stand up from the furniture. I have the furniture legs on my sofa in the living room and den as well as on the love set in my living room. All of my friends and family love the extra height of my furniture. (Of course, they're all big, tall or both usually both.). The only problem with the legs is to make sure the current furniture has the opening to screw the the legs in.

Great looking and sturdy legs! I needed more height for a 1970's sofa which is a style back in fashion. I removed the 3" casters, installed the 5/16" opening plates (separate item but necessary if changing from casters), screwed in the legs & have a perfect height and new look for our old sofa. It took about an hour including removal of the casters which was the hardest part. By the way, I'm female & tackled the project by myself (husband off fishing) - anyone could do it!

The stud was broken on one when when they arrived to me so I couldn't use them. I returned them. Aside from that, they looked like a nice item. I'm sure if it wasn't broken, they would have been fine. The color and finish was nice on them.

Amazing! It was packaged so well. Twice wrapped in protective wrap. Before going into this, there weren't too many reviews but I took a chance and it mightily paid off! Would totally purchase again if I needed lega for a sectional, sofa, ottoman, or anything that a hanger bolt can screw into! And as far as the hanger blot... it fits so well. Gave our couch a great lift! Hope the photos and review help future buyers. This product deserves a 7 out of 5.

The legs turned my grandmother's 1920's armchair into a lovely and comfortable addition to our living room, whereas it had been disconcertingly low for average-size people before. We removed the original 1-1/2 high inch feet and used the plates we ordered with the new legs to attach them. It took a little while to work out the positions because the frame was old, and reupholstering had added nails in odd places. The walnut legs are sturdy, handsome and compatible with the chair's design. So glad we found this solution!
