Smith Snowboarding-Helmets Smith Optics Women's Variant Brim Helmet

As my first ski helmet, I don't have anything to compare it to. But I can attest to the comfort and warmth of this helmet. The vents help me to keep me cooler in spring skiing conditions, but still my head got a tad sweaty.Nice bright color that makes it easy for my family to see me when we're trying to meet up again on the slopes or in the chairlift line.

I've been skiing since I was 6 so the idea of putting a "helmet" on my head was borderline ridiculous. BUT I have kids and couple accidents did happen even to the best of us. Also it give a good example to kids. Bottom line. I love it. Kept my head warm, didn't have to worry about my headphones falling off, just make sure you use iPhone headphones, nothing else fits under.Pretty nicely design so even a bit of chubby people don't look like a snowman ;-)

My wife has a 2013 slate gray version of this helmet and she absolutely loves it. I wanted to get her a blue one to match some new ski clothing. It is safe, stylish, and warm. The ear flaps provide pockets to route your MP3 player ear buds and make the sound system integral to the helmet. The brim mates up perfectly with her Smith Optics I/O7 gogs. Don't hesitate....you will love it!

I like this helmet b/c it is streamlined and not too bulky like some helmets. I have not skied in it yet, although it feels comfortable and the vents appear to be large enough to offer a lot of ventilation. I did find that my head measurement was right on the line between medium and large and the medium size fit me.

Nice looking Helmet and surprisingly light. Can't wait to use it in two weeks for the ski holiday with the family.

This helmet worked really great for me, it was a perfect fit. Looked safe and stylish at the same time. I saved quite a bit of money opposed to buying it at a store, so thumbs up for me!

This helmet was recommended by a friend. It fits well, looks good and will serve me for many seasons. Great buy.
