I bought this bath for my 80 year old mom. She loves it. She likes the three modes, including the automatic setting, which flips up the top when the wax is melted to a safe 127 degrees...not too hot...but most of all...her hands feel better, less swollen and helps her fingers hurt less...and bonus -- her hands feel softer and look less dry. This bath melts six wax bars in 30 minutes as advertised...its easy to use. And I like that we use it like a mother daughter bonding spa day. We like the lavender scented wax that comes with the unit...its mild and not pungent to us and this coming from a person who usually sneezes at the scent of lavender. the bath is well built and not cheap looking....it is a shape that makes it hard to dip straight into it...you have to dip from the side with bended elbow...so its awkward ...its shaped to accommodate a foot. we are turning it so the controls sit on either the left or right so the length of the tub is facing the user. We are pleased it lives up to its reputation. p.s. Comes with packs of wax, a brush, a safety grill for the bottom of the bath so you don't burn yourself accidentally, and a spatula...and mittens, booties, and plastic gloves and plastic booties. Great deal for a quality product.

Awesome! Heats up fast and melts wax within 30 minutes. Comes with lavender scented wax, which is subtle but scents the air lightly and pleasant in the bathroom in which I keep it. Shuts off in 24 hours of non-use for safety.Once you peel the wax off of your hands easily, throw the wax away. Don't try to reuse it or you will get what look like "dust bunnies" of dead skin cells floating at the bottom of your wax! You'll need to empty and start all over with new wax. The wax leaves a subtle scent on your hands and is very moisturizing.It seems well built and has withstood 8 months me using it multiple times daily for pain relief in my hands and wrists. I use it 3-4 times a day to help manage arthritis pain. This machine does it well! I would buy this again!

I was looking to the perfect experience and I found it. It wasn't as expensive as other brands. Super easy to use. Great customer service. It arrived in perfect condition. Works excellent. A real spa experience. I like that it is flat at the bottom so it won't flip. The lavender scent is subtle. The vendor reach out directly to you if you register your product and send you your warranty card. I have had other machines and I really love this one. The lid open and closes, it has timer, so the wax can be melted by the time you want, you can change the temperature as you desire and all the features touch sensitive.As for the appearance is really cute and isn't too big.

I love the soothing effects of wax therapy on my hands. I wish it lasted longer. Four packs was not enough to dip my hand in so I needed to have the brush handy. The unit does take up a lot of space so plan accordingly. I would recommend this unit and the scented lavender wax blocks. Regular use is best

Love this! For my first use, I put six bars of the paraffin wax in the machine and it literally melted in 30 minutes. The directions had stated it would take a little longer. I made this purchase to help moisturize my dry skin and soothe my arthritis and it is helping to do both. the lavender scented wax that comes with It is nice and it leaves your skin feeling very soft and moisturized. It does have a strong smell, but I find it pleasant. I love the feature of the automatic lid. It comes in so handy when dipping your hands you can lightly touch it and it will close or open. The instructions are really easy to understand and overall this machine is very well made. I wanted to add that it fits large feet. I wear a women’s size 12 and my foot fits with no problem and it could easily accommodate a larger foot.

This is a great unit. Easy to use and big enough for hands or feet Set your temperature wait for wax to melt and dip. Add the plastic bag and mit then enjoy. Lid works automatically and auto shut off if you forget to turn off. I highly recommend!!

This good-looking paraffin treatment machine is terrific. The inside is metal, not plastic (and large), the lid opens by touching the button, the lavender wax smells lovely, and the temperature is so easy to change or preset. I use it 2x a day for arthritis in my hands — and it makes my skin so soft, too!

Overall, the machine works great and I’m happy with it so far. The instructions could definitely be clearer, and it took me a little while to figure everything out. It does take some time to heat up, which is to be expected with a paraffin wax bath. However, the instructions say that four packets of wax should melt in about 30 minutes, and in my experience it takes closer to an hour. Once it’s heated and ready to use, though, it works very well. Overall, a good product and I’m happy with my purchase.

This is a really nice product. Seems quite sturdy and well made. Very simple to use. I enjoyed my wax bath and did both my hands and feet. They felt amazing afterward. While it has nothing to do with the quality of the product, the whole process takes quite a while - 30-40 minutes to melt wax, several quick dips in the wax and another 10-15 minutes in the gloves.

I bought this mostly for my wife to help her arthritic hands but she also likes how smooth her skin feels after only a few uses. The instructions are easy to follow and the wax machine works great. Six bars of wax melt completely in like 40 minutes. The best thing is you can set it at night to be ready to use when you wake in the morning. The wax removes very easily with no mess. It takes less than a minute to start the warranty and Karite responds quickly. Very satisfied and happy we went with this company and machine.
