I just recently ordered a 2 pot pack of the climbing hydrangeas and given some of the mixed reviews I thought I'd add my two cents in. The packaging looked much like the other photos, it does help keep dirt in the pot. The plants were well cushioned in the box so there weren't any broken stems on my order and both plants had green leaves already. I noticed someone else had one that looked burned out and given its September maybe that helped my plants make it through the shipping process better than others, the soil was still moist as well in mine. I've already planted it in my garden and will enjoy watching over the next few years as it grows up.

Packaging was superb, planted the day it arrived and has taken root easily. Will buy again for sure.

Came packaged poorly and arrived very hot but made it through it and is pot on front porch thriving.

I ordered 5 burn bushes. They arrived quickly and packaging was great. I am not sure what happened but 4 of the 5 plants look like they are not going to survive I am not sure what happened.

They are healthy and packed well. Only problem like all 3rd party sellers, they promise but take their time with delivery, sorry, "Delayed" doesn't cut it. And as usual, Amazon is useless. Kind of steep price and service is questionable. I am tired of companies that act like they're doing you a favor. You got no problem taking the money, please stop hiding behind Amazon and taking customers for stupid.

I just receive the 3 pack of Burning Bushes and I am very impressed! They were all larger than I expected, are actual bushy plants (not sticks), full of green healthy leaves, very well packed, and in beautiful condition. I would highly recommend these to anyone. I will be purchasing from this seller again!

I placed a fairly large order for 65 plants. They arrived quickly but unfortunately not in the best of shape. I contacted them and immediately got a response. They had replacements sent to me immediately. The plants that I received were WAY above my expectations. I would highly recommend purchasing!

I purchases 3 nishiki willows. They were well packaged, however, they were pretty dry. Despite planting them quickly and watering daily, 1 failed very quickly. The other 2 are doing well. Though I'm disappointed about the hole in the bed...
