Received damaged item
It looks good but the item was damaged. I have ordered for a replacement hoping to receive that in a good condition

Good stable chair
It took maybe 10 minutes to assemble. The packing was acceptable although one of my chair spokes pierced the outer box. The steel is sturdy so nothing was damaged and each of the base spokes is wrapped in plastic.The finished chair has good back support and can get surprisingly high. So it's a nice comfy chair to use. The casters spin freely so it rolls well on hard floors.My wife really loves it and wants me to buy another one

Good support from amazon and very easy to assemble. Installation guide was good and It just took 10mins to install. Seating is good and spin is very smooth.Unaligned screw hole for back support. Back support part can be improved.Overall satisfied as I got in discounted price.
