Excellent quality
It’s made of solid wood, the finishing is great and it does the job really well. This thing is not going anywhere for years to come. I bought it as a gift and the feedback is great. The cat loves it as well. Go for it!

Useless
Useless product. No instructions. The belt keeps coming off. Much faster and easier to hand wind in the good old fashioned way.

Good product
This is a solid product. My only complaint is that some wodden knobs are not fixed well and they keep getting loose. Also the little piece the goes in the front bottom part does not stay put, and for the life of me I can't figure out what its for and no instructions were provided. Other than these little things its an excellent product at this price

Useless. Money wasted
The product hasn't worked at all since the day I purchased it. The seller didn't return the product and stopped responding altogether. The product deteriorates alot with time. Rust, chipped wood, wood expansion and screws loose. Do not buy this product it's worthless. There are also missing parts that you wont even know are missing because they dont provide any manuals.
