I use these for my scleral contacts and they work just fine. I use them to clean my contacts before putting them in, and then to rinse and fill. I haven't had any cloudiness or irritation to my eyes at all. I even wear my contacts some days for 18 hours and have no issues. It provides great cushion between my lens and cornea.

I absolutely love this saline solution for my sclera contact lenses. It keeps my eyes feeling fresh and my vision clear. I also appreciate that there is quite a bit in each vile for the times when putting my contacts in doesn't go so easily.

These saline drops are better than other contact lens drops, having no toxic chemicals. These can also be used when you have a hard time generating tears by yawning and eyes are dry, but you don't want to use all the chemicals in most drops that cause bad side effects. The nice thing is, unlike other drops, you can use these a lot without any major issue. Just keep massaging your meibomian glands, expressing meibum, generating tears, hydrating yourself, getting good sleep and you will have less dry eyes. Contacts can make eyes dry, so this saline can be used to moisturize eyes too sometimes. :) While not as comfy as some real eye drops for dry eyes, they hold one advantage: price and far fewer side effects when used often. :) Just don't overuse them every 2 hours as some do, meaning only 1-2 drops at one time, a few times a day. They got pH 6.5 or so, like all 0.9% NaCl solutions do, due to dissolved carbon dioxide. But having no buffer, this pH doesn't hold, with ocular pH overriding it far quicker than buffered pH drops, so that's a good thing since physiological pH is around 7.3 for most healthy people.

I like these fine, but I do not use a whole tube each day, and I hate throwing away the rest of the solution. Seems they could be made smaller. Otherwise, it works great as a solution to put on my contact lenses before I insert the lenses into my eyes.

These little vials are really convenient. They are easier to pack (especially with TSA fluid limitations) than small bottles and I also carry one in my pocket just in case I might need to remove and re-insert a contact lens during the day. They are easy to open and can be set on their side after opening without leaking (must be squeezed to get fluid out). I wear 18mm hard scleral lenses and one vial contains way more fluid than needed to rinse and then fill and insert both lenses.

This worked better for me then scleralfil. Felt more moisturized and comfortable throughout the day! I figured saline was saline but it actually makes a big difference.

Individual drops are perfect for traveling and also you don't waste liquid as container small...unlike a larger bottle where mire of the liquid gets wasted.
