Will these fuses fit a 1984 corvette?

Both types of flat automotive fuses were included. Larger ones might fit your Vette. But beware. Apparently the Chinese can’t count well all the time. Expected 220 pieces. Received 70 - 80.

Can these be used in a 24vdc system? i assume so but i’d rather ask to be certain.

Most are rated up to 32 Volt some rated to 42volt.

Are these atc (closed) or ato (open)?

Thank you for you question, Our standard is ATO(open) fuse, and Mini is ATM fuse. Our standard fuse are ATO-OPEN type AT fuses (versus ATC-CLOSED type AT fuses). ATO / ATC are the original size-"regular" size AT fuses used in earlier recent cars, et al. The ATM is the same type of fuse (bladed), however, it is a "m"ini version. Same uses and in most automotive applications of the last few years are gaining in popularity.
