Q: What is this supposed to do? It doesnt say anywhere in the listing

I absolutely love Emoxypine from ND... Everytime I've used it, I purchased this with my own money, so let me share: For me it, 1.) Helps lower back pain by reducing inflammation in the vertebrae. 2.) It is a great substitute/augmentation for when my old doctor was being a jerk about reducing my Xanax. 3.) Anectodally, it is apparently very useful to take as a pre-party like supplement, so if one drinks, they don't become hung over. But fundamentally, it is a B vitamin analogue. Hope this helps!

Q: is this the exactly same as the Russian Mexidol version? Where is it shipped from?

Since the supplier declined to answer if this product is identical to Mexidol, you should presume it is different. Nootropics states that their products are made in USA with american ingredients, whereas Mexidol is manufactured in Russia by Pharmasoft. This product may be , or may contain different isomers and therefore may produce biological effects different than Mexidol. When I lived in Ukrain I took Mexidol for 3 months and heart arrhythmias resolved after that time. That of course is not proof that Mexidol was responsible.
