GNC Preventive Nutrition Liver Health Formula, 90 Capsules, Supports Healthy Liver Function

As a health adult male, Marine Officer, no underlying medical conditions, it was a shock to hear that at 30 years old I had elevated ALTs on a routine physical. This was 2010, and over the next few years follow up tests (Wilson's Disease, Hemochromatosis, Hep C, etc...) all came back negative to include imaging studies such as US and CT. in 2012 I had a biopsy, which showed mild necrosis, consistent with "normal wear and tear". Over the next few years I lived my life, enjoyed drinking like every other single guy would, and serial tested with liver function panels to make sure nothing popped up. In 2015 I had an ache, and knowing the history, I followed up with another US. It showed mild coarse echotexture, consistent with fibrosis. Well this freaked me out. I stopped drinking completely, but the ache remained and 6 months later a follow up US showed the same. From there I started taking GNC Prev Nutrition Liver Health, and limited my alcohol use. In addition, I stopped taking anything with acetaminophen in it. A year later, completely clean US. Liver tests are lowest they have ever been. In summary: social drinking will mildly elevate your ALTs, so you may drive yourself nuts for the better part of a decade thinking there is something wrong. Acetaminophen use seemed to be the underlying factor leading to the fibrosis. Regardless, removing the insult and taking this stuff, along with a healthy lifestyle, seemed to have done the trick.

i been taking this about 2 month now it helps me to sleep longer by not waking up in the middle of the night and go to to the bathroom as much from every night to 2-3 times a week and it adds some vitamins in the caps i do take a lot of meds and need to watch out for my liver i tried milk thistle it works too but no added vitamins just a few more dollars for added vitamins is worth it aloha

I realized this product contains titanium dioxide but only after I placed my order. Titanium dioxide is widely considered carcinogenic to humans and should be avoided. It's counterproductive to buy this, because what is the point of all the good things this product has in it with the titanium dioxide as an ingredient? No worth the risk. This is going back unfortunately.

Great product for liver health but also has several other health benefits from other ingredients. Price is very good for what u get .
