PurifitAlkaline Water Filter Pitcher 3.5-litres

For the first 2 weeks the water was clear and tasty. But the indicator is already showing that time to replace the filter is coming near, yet there is no filter replacement available on Amazon as well as their website. Therir customer care via whatsapp sucks, I got a very delayed response to my query regarding replacement filter, to which I was told I would get it on their website, which was incorrect for I had already checked. Now I'm stuck with it. Funny thing is there are so many similar ones in the market yet there aren't any replacement filters available.O el more thing; when I pour water into the jug some kind of debris float inthe water. Where does it come from? It's not yet one month and the indicator for changing the filter has still some time to go, but the dispensed water is coming out cloudy.. don't know how this brand got such high review points. Am very disappointed.

Let me tell you in detail.i have done lot of research before buying this product,I searched for Kent and Brita,but thought of taking the early adopters risk with this jug..and to my surprise it is a premium quality jug.built is strong and premium.i use filtered water in jug,you can use direct tap water as well.It provide smooth,clean,odourless, alkaline water . filtered water tastes really good.I have been seeing some benefits in health. I will soon be doing a alkaine test of the water. Will keep you updatedEdit : I just tested the alkalinity of water using ph tester and it gives good amount of alkaline upto 9-10

So ordered this for my home after listening to benefits of alkaline water.. it's very important to make ur body alkaline when everything is so acidic in our environment. The jug is very convenient to use. Sturdy. Water tasted food. I live in surat where water is really heavy n I used to have hard time completing my water intake. It really made my water less heavy n easy to drink.. m very happy with it

Though the product is good but you will not find the replacement cartridge anywhere... Not even at the site of purefit.... Hopeless.. Not of use then..
