I have followed Dr Berg for a number of years. Lost weight, stopped medication added Kale shakes and vitamins to our lifestyle. This is an excellent addition to our fitness routine.

Wow! I am a follower of Dr Berg on youtube and bought this device within a few hours of discovering it. Not so much on Dr Berg's say so but on the relief I believed the massage tool could bring me. And I wasn't wrong. The relief and release for me within minutes of using it is almost tremendous. I am so pleased I followed my gut - a little Dr Berg humour there - and bought it. I have been using it on my neck and back at night. I have only had the device a couple of days but I look forward to using it. It will/has now become a key part of my physical and emotional healing journey. Fantastic stress relief. You will note I only gave it 4 stars and that has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the tool. The reason is the price! Despite how great it is I cannot for the life of me see how it costs £52! Even half that price would be at the upper end of a more realistic price. Am I glad I bought it anyway? YES! If you can get it for cheaper lucky you but if not it is an amazing stress relief tool.

My main gripe was that it wasn't new, the manual had obvious signs fingering.Being charged the full price seems unethical.

I had high hopes for this item based on Dr. Berg's high praise for it. What I received was a vastly overpriced lump of plastic that was uncomfortable and provided zero relief. Worse still, it arrived in a clearly previously opened box. No doubt the prior recipient returned it to Amazon as well. Don't waste your money.

Bought for the daughter, due to issues with her neck and spinal column. She was advised that she would need a further operation on her neck. She just cannot believe the improvement to her neck and spine since using the item. I was waiting for almost a year for this product to become available in the UK. Have already ordered an additional one for my wife. Due to conversations with neigh bough's and relatives, I believe another four additional items will be ordered. Would recommend to anyone suffering with stress or spinal issues.

Oh my God! The best massage tool ever!Gets deep into the tissue to the right spots. I'm so happy & I was hesitant because it is a bit expensive, atleast to me but now I understand why lol just what I was looking for! I struggle to find how to get into these deep hard to reach areas and I couldn't be more impressed. Gets the job done. Very satisfied 😌

I don’t have a standard office chair as recommended in the booklet. Using on bed or floor is not so great, but helps with some fiddling around to get the angle right.

What a great tool. I was able to reduce a tight muscle on my upper back all on my own. I’m still learning all the features but so far I love it.
