This is actually super helpful for sleeping on a plane. Don’t get me wrong nothings ever going to make you feel like you’re sleeping in your own bed, but this makes sleeping on a plane or somewhere else, unconventional feel a lot better than it would without it.We used it on a long flight and it helped avoid the awkward neck lean I typically do on a overnight flight. It is slightly annoying that you have to switch sides in the middle of sleeping (at least in the way I molded it) BUT the ones that you don’t have to do that with seemed way too bulky for what I wanted. All in all I’m happy with my purchase.

It was very bendable and soft but just to thick for me even with memory foam.

I've been using this at home while sitting in my favorite reading chair. The chair is really comfy but the back isn't quite high enough for me to lean back and relax. The cushion has a solid, flexible core that lets me bend it to whatever shape I need, but the padding hides that core and makes the cushion very soft. This neck cushion gives me just right amount of support: now I'm sometimes too comfortable, making it too easy to doze off. But, if I do, this cushion helps keep me from getting a neck ache during my "power nap." I'll be taking it with me on a cross-country flight in a few days and am really looking for to being able to relax a little even while I'm crammed into those tiny seats.

I have purchased 5 of these so far! I did knock off some stars because the last two I got had issues! One had a snap that was missing, which makes it impossible to clip to your backpack and one had a zipper that broke upon first use!HOWEVER— I’d still totally recommend those for airplane travel! For us that sit by the window this is the most perfect item to lay upon that hard non moving arm rest. For me with my service pet I can allow her to have a head rest and for my husband that sits on a train often , he uses it as heck and also sometimes lumbar support too. They’re the best! I did have to replace two but that’s after buying a total of 9, over 5 times . So it’s not the norm!

Purchased for our daughter who had a long flight to/from Europe (about 10.5hrs each way). She absolutely loved it, and this coming from someone who has travelled a lot, and used a variety of pillows on planes. She said her head could actually stay upright , and supported, can position it anyway you like and feel comfortable. Can be twisted in so many different ways, and returns to original shape without any issues. Memory foam was super comfortable.

Not comfortable. I did not want a replacement, I wanted my money back . No one e has responded to me.

The pillow is what it says. However, the metal bendy part inside is very cracked and can make annoying pressure points if using for migraines.

Bought for my daughter for bus trip to Italy. She is very happy we bought it last minute. She said this cushion saved her neck.Soft touch, very flexible.

This looked on paper to be a good idea and a change from the usual travel pillow giving more options to suit the traveller, however the item arrived broken. I say it was broken because it would not allow you to move it and mould it as shown in the photos online and also felt like something inside was dislocated from its bendy joint! Sadly had to return it and went for a more run of the mill option.
