I began taking this along with dandelion root extract just yesterday. I've been having a lot of knee pain and sacrum pain in the last two weeks after much heavy yard work and lifting, and naturally felt tired and sluggish. My thyroid has been low functioning my whole life, but not enough for doctors to prescribe thyroid medication, leaving me with the need to constantly watch my weight. I have experienced a very noticeable difference in my energy levels particularly in the afternoon since I started taking this. I've been taking this for approximately six weeks, and I have noticed a big difference for the last four weeks. My one complaint is that the capsules have some kind of powder on them that I have to rinse off otherwise the powder makes it feel like I'm choking.

Doesn't seem to be doing anything. Been taking it ever since I received it. Still going to finish bottle.

I bought this just because I was feeling sluggish and having trouble focusing. Figured why not try it? It has been amazing! Within a day I was awake in the mornings, accomplishing so much more and actually helping me lose weight. Not promoting it as a weight loss supplement but I've lost 3.5 pounds in 6 days which I'm sure it's water weight but I really can't say enough about this supplement! I gave my sister 4 days worth and she's raving about it and bought a bottle. Exactly what I've been looking for!

This product does not work. I'm just so disappointed. And I feel miserable. What a set back in all the progress I had made. I used something that did work prior to this. I tried this product because it was double the product for the same cost. I just ordered the other stuff and flushed these.
