G.a HOMEFAVOR Pizza Oven Brush with Scraper, 46.5 Inch Overall

I bought this as an alternative to the Ooni brush after realizing that a brush was necessary for cooking with the oven. I have a 16” oven and needed something sizeable and sturdy; so far this has been great! I’ve used it while the oven was over 800* with no obvious complications. There isn’t a ton of extra space between the stone and underside of the “ceiling” of the oven but if you’re mindful of that it works great. Longer than necessary but again, the length of the handle is adjustable. IMO definitely worth a try!

Honestly this brush is underrated especially when you consider the price. The company gives you even a screw driver to assemble it. I like how it has an adjustable length and a rotating brush. Great product

My only complaint is that the scraper seems a little wobbly. Brush part is decent, although I can see it also getting wobbly with use. There is a wooden block with spikes that dig in and hold it at the angle you set. I can see that wearing out with time.

This did not fit in my pizza oven. Otherwise I'm sure it's great for a large commercial pizza oven

Having a variety of well used outdoor cooking implements, 3 Weber Kettles, PK, Large offset ect, I do a little brushing. Despite the potential dangers, I prefer wire brushes. Picked up this brass brush to reduce the wear on pizza ovens surfaces. The Good: This is a brush, it brushes. The BAD: This brush, at least my particular example, sheds bristles onto the cooking surface. This started upon initial use. I tend to brush the oven a day or so after cooking, then vacuum. No freeloading neighbors have thus far been harmed. If you enjoy throwing caution into the fire, buy this brush.

Like the length of the brush and the stiffness of the bristles

Purchased for a commercial application. Solid construction, for the price.
