This is so Good in Lots of Things!
*I Love Rani Ginger paste, mainly because I'm crazy about the mild heat in this good ginger. Tastes fresher than I thought it could. This is terrific for any ginger lover: there is no peeling or waste! I keep it on the top shelf of the fridge and use it in more places than expected. It's great added as a heaping teaspoon in a mug of unsweetened almond milk and turmeric/golden milk powder. It also works really well in most stir fry dishes with a soy based sauce. I love it added to soda drinks but especially anything lemon or lime. I also like this in some herbal teas and lemonade. Probably my favorite way to use it so far is to add it to homemade ginger bread or to golden milk spice cookies. Both are delish! 💜

Wonderful flavor and fresh ingredients
Bought to speed up prep time for a couple of dishes that needed a lot of garlic and ginger. My surprise was there was no drop off in quality from the fresh ingredients I would normally prepare. I did not have to give up flavor or freshness and sped up recipe prep. Recommended.
