Not stainless steel, but iron
Material is not stainless steel. Received SIX pairs, but of FOUR sizes; Two were clones. Third party seller means Amazon won't fulfill the return, customer have to send these back themselves; And then spend hours over days, bargaining with Amazon for complete refund of delivery expense.

Cheap but great for very sensitive skin
I can't wear all types of earrings but I ordered them anyway. When they arrived in good condition and shining like gold, I placed one pair in my ear and wore them for twenty four hours. There was no problem, then another twenty four hours, no problems. I was happy. I have been wearing them every Day without issues in all four holes in my ears. I love them and everyone else.

Just put the 5mm pair in my 3 year old daughters ears yesterday and they’re the perfect fit. I have the 7mm in my ears as well, and I have to say they are very comfortable. I can’t speak on longevity as it’s only been 24 hours but I will update my review if need be. I love that the posts are only 20g as I don’t want to stretch out my daughters holes at such an early age. They’re lightweight and have a beautiful sparkle. The ball backs were easy to twist on and off and feel very secure.

What I didn't know I needed
I have 8 times pierced ears...(4 holes in each) and I like to keep earrings in my last three holes at all times. Studs are easy and cute but can be a bit painful. The typical pointy ends digging into skin and getting stuck in pillows...not cool. I took a chance on these and wow! I can wear them constantly without the backs popping off, no more getting stuck in clothes or pillows. And I love that there are seven different sizes. Absolutely wonderful!
