This is a good hammock. It's pretty light in my opinion. It's small, very strong - 450 lb Cap. - and every wide. It's 6 ft wide. Just be sure to invest good anchors to the tree. I think even a truck tie-down will work where you can crank it tight. Part of good sleeping is to have it pulled straighter across then you might imagine at first. The straighter it is, the more comfortable it is in my opinion.Used a sleeping bad down to 48 F without an undercover and stayed n pretty warm.

Pretty good hammock for a good (but not crazy good) price. Used this on a recent backpacking trip and it was nice for lounging around the campsite. The hooks on either end are rather interesting - one is a true S-hook, but the other is more of an 'L" shape. I'm sure there's a reason for this, but other folks on the trip had similar hammocks from other makers and none of us could surmise a reason for this set up. On at least one occasion, I had the hook turn sideways and slip out of the rope that held it to the tree. Luckily I was just testing the firmness of the fastening, but it could have been a disaster if someone had their full weight in the hammock. I added my own S-hook to fix the issue.Otherwise, it's a great addition to your camping gear or for just lounging in the yard.

After seeing all of the good reviews this hammock had, I was super excited to take it on a camping trip and enjoy nature while kicking back with my fiancé :) Problem #1: This really is not a "2" person tent or at least maybe not for average sized people.... 2 children or maybe an adult and a toddler, but not 2 average sized adults will hang in this comfortably. Problem #2: Within an hour or two of off an on use by my 220 lbs fiancé, a hole the size of his fist developed even though he had nothing on/in his pants to snag the hammock, like a knife... We put duct tape over the hole and called it a day, but later that night he sat in it one last time and fell through, and naturally, I helped him up after I finished laughing... So, this product gave me a good laugh, but that was about it : P

The hammick I ordered was great! I was alittle disappointed though beause there were a few holes in it. Nothing that I would fall through but a little bummed.

The hammock fits back into the attached pouch every time without struggle. The pouch serves as a nice little pocket when you're laying in the hammock for a bottled drink. Fits 2 people comfortably with room to wrap the sides around to avoid bugs and provide more warmth. Works great with Eno adjustable straps. Ours is currently a little more than 2 years old and it is just like new- no frays or rips. Very light to carry. Dirt/ leaves brush off easily.

This beats a tent and pad hands down! It's smaller, lighter andway more comfortable! Great for back-packing. I slept like a baby (and I'm59). Very well made from nylon parachute cloth. Keep it strungtightly for best results.

Bought it in August 2014, and I still use it now May 2017. It has a hole on the side now, but I'm OK with it, I could still use it. I have been using this while camping, lounging in the beach, and picnics. I love how the fabric feels and it is roomy that 2 people can fit.I would love to buy another one again - but please do buy the hanging straps so you wouldn't hurt the tree branches or posts, and also for easy set up and SAFETY! P.S. This doesn't come with those straps.

Best hammock ever. Folds up very small, easily holds 2 adult people. No rope lines or any type of discomfort. Has extra material to cover you if you don't want direct sun or have bug problems. Very light weight yet very durable.
