Deeeeeluxe comfort
I was looking for "comfortable walking shoes." If you do, you'll find a pleathora of shoes that the oldsters at my moms nursing home wear. I bet those are suuuuper comfy, but I'm not old enough for Reebok velcro strip walk-alongs. Yet. So with a little more schazz and a lot less octaganarian fashion on my mind, I got these. Wow, are these ever comfy. I've had `em all of two days, but so far, ka-pow! I had originally ordered a 9-9.5. (Odd sizing methodology you've got there, ECCO!) They were too big for my unquestionably sized 9 foot. So I sent `em back, which Amazon makes super easy. Click, click, print, box up, and the UPS dude auto-magically had the right shipping label, and like 3 days later, Amazon refunded my dough into my bank account. I reordered the next smaller size, and they're perfect for my non-Herculean feet. The comfort was immediately noticeable. ECCO has your fashion sensibility in mind, as they sent along an extra pair of shoelaces, a snappy cream colored pair. A solid, chunky, manly, leather brown pair comes already laced in these shoes, laced in some futuristic hipster fashion that I really dig, but it sure isn't how they used to lace `em down at Ray's Red Goose. Why the extra laces? Er. Uh. Maybe ECCO is dumping old inventory or something, but as unnecessary as those extra laces are to me, it's a cool gesture on behalf of the shoelace department over at ECCO HQ. Can't wait to see how these hold up over time, but my gut says my feet will be quite happy.

Great shoe - but runs large!
I bought these shoes for my boyfriend in Cocoa Brown/Coffee. I figured that it would be better to buy too large than too small, so I purchased the 10-10.5 (he normally wears a 10). Turns out, the reviews are right. I am returning for a 9-9.5 - these do run large! I would advise to buy a half size down from what you normally wear.On another note, these are very good looking shoes. My boyfriend is 26 (for age reference). I was looking for a good casual shoe that could be dressed up slightly for wearing (for example) to casual Friday's at work, or dressed down for every day use. I was very pleased! Although I cannot speak to the longevity of the shoe, or comfort level, I can say that my boyfriend tried on the too-large size and found them very comfortable! Overall, another great shoe from ECCO.

Run Large but Overall Great Shoe
Good shoes, super nice looking as you can dress them up or down, you can wear them with pants, shorts, and jeans. They look good with all of it plus they came with 2 pairs of strings to lace. One is more casual and the other makes them look more like boat shoes. I typically use the more casual ones which make them look a little better with most of my shorts but I think they dress up jeans a lot or you can even wear them with khackis. I love the color as they blend in with anything. They do run a little big, so order a half a size small

Shabby Chic?
I absolutely loved the look of these shoes and purchased a grey pair too. However, please be aware: they begin to look quite shabby after just one single day of normal use. The surface becomes creased and discolored. As if you had been wearing them for months. Its actually quite shocking. There seems a real downside to the leather process that makes them look so great out of the box! I'm sure ECCO's materials experts are working on a solution for next's season's version.PS: after the initial rapid deterioration they somewhat stabilize. Shabby Chic?

Second set of ECCO sneakers, love the fit and comfort
I can't imagine wearing anything other than ECCO sneakers. Their style seems to be plain enough that it doesn't draw attention just to the feet. ECCO shoes have always been comfortable, and these are no exception. After a short break-in period, these mold to your feet. My other set of ECCO sneakers are about a year old, and they are wearing nicely. I'm curious to see how much life I get out of them. I wear them almost everyday. They look worn in, but not worn out.I'm expecting the same from this pair. I think the slight price premium for ECCO sneakers is worthwhile.

Just terrific...but with an FYI
Terrific shoes!! Soft, comfortable as they fit like a glove and an extra pair of standard laces was included in case one does not prefer the rawhide ones. But, as I have owned other Ecco shoes before, I knew that their sizing is different than most other shoes sold in the good ol' US of A as they run large and so I ordered one size smaller that I normally wear which led to the perfect fit. So, if you are considering purchasing these or any other Ecco shoe, keep that in mind. Checking their posted size chart sould help with that.

Usual Ecco quality - based on a couple of trips
Haven't worn these that much as I now have quite a few pairs of Ecco shoes but they fitted comfortably right out of the box and despite my lower back disc issues, I can wear these all day.I tend to use the extra padded leather Ecco insoles instead of the fibre ones provided for extra cushioning. If you're more concerned about foot support and cushioning, I'd find an Ecco store and try the Ecco Biom range as they are the most comfortable footwear I've ever worn.

Very comfortable and everything to be expected
Very pleased with this shoe. I normally wear a 10.5 and decided to risk and order the 10-10.5, even after reading many comments to order a size under. was tight at first, but once I walked in it a few days, it formed to my foot and feels very comfortable. The image matches to what the actual color of the shoe is. Shoe seems very durable. I've worn the Ecco brand before and once again pleased with the Ecco brand

A shame about marking when wet
Usual Ecco quality and fit. Nice styling and colour, but the shame is that they do show water marks if you walk through wet grass, for instance. They do dry out quite well, but the time this takes can vary depending upon the temperature. Still, I guess that's what to expect as the uppers are Nu-buck leather. Hope they won't show any form of permanent marking with time! Otherwise, for quality and fit they deserve a 5 star rating.

I LOVE ECCO SHOES - HIGH QUALITY - COMFORTABLE AND EXCELLENT VALUE
ECCO shoes are brilliant and I thoroughly recommend them. They are well made, very comfortable of excellent quality and good value . I've had Ecco shoes before and every pair has been a sound investment. With the 'Eisner' (I had the Denim Blue) I was pleasantly supprised to see an extra pair of laces in the box. It's the little thing like that which add to customer satisfaction.

Thanks
It was a first time that I bought shoes online. The size is ok fits me perfectly. Everything is ok. Despite so many pictures available I still imagined them to be a little bit different. The front of the shoe is a little bit to wide to my liking but still alright. I will definitely keep them as they are slowly growing on me
