Overall it's a good wax warmer for the price that you pay. It reaches the preferred temperature in 5 min and it keeps it stable all the time. Of course, you need to know how to use it or you can end up burning yourself. So what I do is basically, put the wax, put the max temperature with the lid on. I leave it for 5 min until it melts and after I adjust it to the preferred temperature and I wait for the temperature to decrease. In my case is around 67 and 72, but it depends from your type of skin. The only thing that I complain about are the wax beans, they are really disgusting. I had to apply the wax in the same spot for 3 times before actually seeing my hair coming off. Anyway I don't care about the wax beans, because I will buy my own wax. So if you're looking for a good warmer, then this one it's alright.

The wax has a lovely scent, it is easy to use. I will be getting more when I run out

Recieved my waxing kit today. 5 bags of the same beads, no scent to them other than a weird plastic smell. Also states "the most amount of wax offered" which sounds like a bargain until you realise that the pot requires 3 of them to fill it!Disappointing smell and wrong items inside. Functional but not pleasant by any means.

Very pleased with the product. Exactly what I wanted.

Despite following all instructions the product does not work. Very disappointing as my niece only took it out today to try it and we are out of return date. Very disappointed indeed.

J'ai acheter cette machine a cire pour m'épiler le visage. Franchement elle et top, elle chauffe assez vite, la cire ne fais pas trop mal, j'ai essayer le dessus de lèvres, les jambes, et elle et presque indolore. Elle ne se casse pas comme d'autre cire que j'ai pu essayer dans le passé. La machine et très belle.Je recommande !
