Great Product! Holds heat and cold well.

We were pleasantly surprised to learn they are pliable and fit over joints, i.e knees, shoulders nicely. They are a perfect size and can be used for ice pak ( if not frozen too hard) & can be microwaved & used for heat too. We used them alternately one warm - one cool. Good quality and we're shiped and received promptly. We recommend!

I injured my knee, so the shape of this product with the strap to hold it in place is perfect! I have had no issues with the ice packs leaking or bursting, and I have been icing my knee at least 3x a day for the past month. The ice packs stay cold long enough to get a good icing session done. The only negative aspect is that the top and side of the cloth ice pack holder is coming apart. If the manufacturer just added some extra stitches on the top corners, there would be no issues. Other than that, I recommend this product!

I bought it for my knee. It really helps. I use the blue ice for my back too. I put a rag on the ice so it's not shocking. I lay flat for 20 minutes and the pain is greatly diminished. Multi-use item. Works great.

These are working out great for me. I had knee surgery and am using 2 of these sets to keep my knee iced. 1 set is in the freezer while I use the other. I do recoment using a light towel between your skin and the Ice packs.

Good value for the price. Convenient that the gel pack can be removed from the pouch and replaced with a fresh one. Although it only comes with 1 gel pack, it's easy to find one if similar size.

Wow. These reusable gel ice packs with straps are THE best I've come across. I have knees that need to be replaced and I'll soon be having disc replacement surgery on my upper spine so ice packs are a must for me. These are so incredibly convenient to use, they are comfortable against bare skin and they stay in place. I've tried so many types of ice packs, for example the clay filled cold packs. I bought a flat rectangular strapped style and one that wrapped around my neck and laid over my shoulders. They required constant adjusting, they were heavy and when using I couldn't move much because they were impossible to keep in place. These ice packs are 100% easier to use and aren't cumbersome one bit. Even though I'm not able to leave the house often, when I do I need to be able to take ice with me and I can easily do that with these unlike others. I can strap one on each knee and one around my neck and not worry about them moving, falling off, getting uncomfortable, dripping condensation or aggravating the pain I deal with by being too hard and heavy. I can't suggest these enough! If you use ice packs on a regular basis, do yourself a favor and give these a try. Even if you don't need to use ice daily, you'll be happy to have these on hand when you find yourself in need. They truly are a game changer for me. I purchased one, tried it the day it arrived and promptly ordered two more. You won't be disappointed by this product. I give these am A++++!

I didn't particularly like these. The outer edges on all 4 sides have a thick plastic layer which is very uncomfortable on my skin even wrapped in a towel.

My head keeps aching from overheating when working on the computer, so this has been helpful!👍 However, if you freeze these gel packs and wear them too soon, you may receive an "icecream headache".🍧 I recommend using it on your neck first, to let it thaw a little.⛄ I used to strap an ice pack to my forehead with a sock; this is much better!👍

I’m extremely disappointed. The wrap arrived without the actual ice pack, making it completely unusable. Since then, it’s been a nightmare trying to get a return or refund.. it's been back-and-forth and zero resolution. Total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.
