Almost perfect
It worked well at first. I traveled through United Airlines and it had a hard time fitting under the middle seat however if I would’ve removed the wheels I would’ve have had an issue probably. And now I’m traveling through Southwest but my second time traveling I’m unable to use the rolling portion due to the extended portion becoming bent and not being able to retreat. All in all my shih tzu and I enjoyed the case.

Worked well for our dog.
This was a tight squeeze for our 25 lb dog but it was the largest approved size. She didn't love it but she didn't wine or bark for the entire flight.

Too Sturdy
Great for traveling. Lots of pockets and zippers, the optional wheels were great as well. Super sturdy and comfy for our 15lb dog. We used it on for a 3 hour flight.The issue… the wire that supports the front opening and the back of the carrier can not “bend”.This was an approved carrier for the flight , however we took two planes to get to our destination and each under the seat stow area was different sizes. We made it work… but the carrier did not fit completely under the seat as the front and back were unable to flex/collapse/bend.

Super High Quality!
Can't stress the high quality of this carrier enough - fantastic value for the money! Lots of great functions - converts to all screen, wheels on/off, swivels very easily and smooth to pull, can either roll or carry by hand or with the shoulder strap, soft insert cover is removable/washable, there is an anchor inside so you can strap kitty in and then unzip the top to let his/her head stick out the top for easy viewing. :) Thrilled with this purchase, as inexpensive as the cheap plastic carriers, but MUCH nicer!

Great carrier, but no instructions were included in the mailing.
I assembled the carrier and it is great. However, NO directions were included with the packaging. Although it was rather easy to assemble, directions would have been helpful.

Good mobile carrier for small pet.
Although the handle could be sturdier, this is a pretty good cat or small dog carrier.

Great for small dogs and navigates very traveling through airports
I have a small service dog. I love the versatility of this carrier and my dog is also comfortable traveling in this with ease.

Great concept but too large to fit in most airlines foot wells
Good product to use for walking but not practical for airlines. When my small (20lb cocker turned around the crate turned over. Very impractical for assembling in the airplane
