This works well and provides lots of additional connectivity. The cable to the laptop is a little shorter than I'd like. It would be fine if every device we connected had a USB-c port in the same place, but when you have a few devices there can be a fair bit of jiggling around to get the dock from one side of the laptop stand to the other - particularly if you've got most of the connectors hooked to monitors and input devices.

Bought for home office. I’m variously working at home, and on site. Unplugging/plugging in multiple monitor, webcam, printer, power leads etc. was just annoying! Bought this with a separate 90W USB-C charger to have a single lead connection to my laptop at home. Original laptop power supply now stays in my bag - one lead to unplug and I’m away!!Only issue is when reconnecting I need to power laptop first, then plug in so it re-detects my external monitors. Laptop also ‘complains’ that power supply has a ‘weak charging state’ … but laptop stays at/charges to 100% without issue.A simple and comparatively cheap ‘one stop dock’ solution for a laptop with USB-C charging capability.

Works well for my dell and LG laptop, charges them also which is even a bonus for me. If the cable thunderbolt cable was longer I would have given it 5 stars

The docking station arrived really fast, well packaged. Worked perfectly straight out of the box. I mean - it should, but sometimes there’s a bit of fiddling with cables. None of that. Thoroughly pleased. I am using it with a 2 screen set up from a Dell Latitude. Only comment is that it gets quite warm. Not sure if that’s caused by the power pass-through. Other than that, excellent product.UPDATE. Have been using this for a while now and its great. An issue recently when I tried to use the audio out from the 3.5mm output. System went weird and the camera I have plugged into the USB slot began to operate badly as though there was some interference between the audio and video output. So have stopped using the 3.5mm and its all stable again - I now plug my speakers into the laptop directly.

Eventually managed to get 3 external 1080p displays connected to my laptop (Acer Swift X - SFX14-41G) with this dock. It was fiddly as the dock didn't like the first displayport cable I tried which had already been tested on another machine, a second dp cable I tried which seemed to fit more snuggly did however work.**"TIP*** Make sure you download and install the correct software/drivers for your OS from the vendors website. There's a small card in the box with the download URL, you just Select your dock model & OS.

Good piece of kit The picture has other stuff plugged in the thing you get is the silver thingI got a longer usb c extension lead because the cable is too short for it safely to connect to Steam Deck

I marked this down because the lead USB C is soooo short, for me it needed to be 300mm long, it's about 150mm long so it keeps getting stuck under the laptop, occasionally it 8stops working, so unplug and plug back in and all is ok

I use this for a one cable solution to fully connect everything on my work laptop.The laptop can be easily attached to all peripherals and the charger with just the one USB C cable. This makes for a really tidy, neat solution to which I would highly recommend for people that need to undock/dock their device frequently.
